SCPA was founded in 1996 by Renato Sio with the simple dream of providing employment for at least 10 Filipinos.
After a fulfilling career in pulp and paper, Renato Sio set out to build something more than a business—he wanted to make a difference. Guided by faith and a deep sense of responsibility, he created a company committed to fairness, integrity, and uplifting others. He passes this legacy to his son, Ven, who shares his vision and commitment to making a lasting impact.

Approaching its 30th year, SCPA has grown into a company of over 500 employees nationwide. Now led by Ven, the commitment to doing right by its people remains at the heart of the business. More than just numbers, SCPA strives to be a company where employees can grow, thrive, and build meaningful careers.

Financial Planning Analyst
The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the company. This role involves analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and creating forecasts. They actionable insights and recommendations to management, supporting strategic decisions and efficient resource allocation.
Internal Auditor (CPA)
The Internal Auditor develops annual audit plans, designs programs, conducts audits, presents findings, proposes action plans to minimize risks, and oversees implementation of corrective actions in line with company objectives.
