MANILA, Philippines – SCPA celebrates a landmark achievement, receiving the coveted Platinum Apple Award at Robinson’s Trade Partners Night on March 6th, 2024. This is the highest honor bestowed upon a vendor at the annual event. It recognizes outstanding achievement in same-store sales growth, fill rates, trade support, and account service.
Hard Work Rewarded
Robinson’s Retail Group is one of the Philippines’ leading retailers, operating supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores under brands like Robinson’s Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise, Robinsons Easymart, and Uncle John’s. SCPA serves as a valued vendor, supplying these stores with high-quality hygiene products.
Since 2010, the retail group has been hosting its Annual Trade Parners Night to recognize vendors who displayed outstanding sales performance in the last year. One of the top awards given each year is the Platinum Apple Award, which SCPA bags this 2024.
This marks the company’s first-ever Platinum Apple Award, a testament to the company’s unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional value to Robinsons and its customers.
The celebration extended beyond the company itself, with individual members of SCPA’s sales team receiving well-deserved recognition. Marga Morales and Miggy Agellon were lauded as the Most Outstanding Key Account Manager for non-food in The Marketplace, Shopwise, and Easymart, respectively. Their dedication and exceptional service within their assigned accounts are a shining example of SCPA’s commitment to fostering strong partnerships.
The Robinson’s Trade Partners Night, attended by approximately 1,500 business partners, served as a platform to acknowledge the significant contributions made throughout 2023. The event highlighted the collaborative spirit that empowers Robinsons and its partners to create value and deliver unparalleled service to the communities they serve.
A Journey of Excellence

Last March 19, SCPA celebrated this milestone achievement over lunch with its stakeholders. Reflecting on their journey, SCPA recalled their first recognition at the Robinson’s Trade Partners Night – the Silver Apple Award in 2008. Since then, the company has steadily climbed the ranks, fueled by a relentless pursuit of excellence. In 2016, SCPA received its first Service Level Award, followed by further KAM nominations and its first Gold Apple win in 2019.
The sales team attributes this incredible victory to the unwavering commitment to SCPA’s motto: “Great love for what we do and the people that we do it for.”
This achievement also inspired the company to continue exceeding expectations and provide better services to its partners and customers.
